1. What's an Affiliate Program?
Affiliate programs are the ideal way to make your website profitable. eFortune Distributors's affiliate program allows you to earn revenue by sending traffic through eFortune Distributors advertisements (text links, banner ads, email marketing, etc.).
eFortune Distributors Affiliates have access to orders, hits, sales, and commissions that you have generated for eFortune Distributors. Access to site information is password protected. Furthermore, eFortune Distributors does not collect or track any information that may be sensitive, such as credit card numbers or private data.
2. Can you please explain the commission structure?
eFortune Distributors offers affiliates a tiered commission structure. Affiliates earn a 10% commission on all media and electronic sales; 20% commission on all retail products. Every time you refer a visitor to eFortune Distributors through an affiliate link and they complete a purchase, you earn commission on that sale. If the visitor does not purchase immediately, but comes back within 10 days and purchases, we still credit you with the sale!
3. What's in it for me ?
Since our products are professional grade; i.e., used in spas and not available at retail outlets, you can offer your customers high quality products superior to most other brands on the market and not have to worry about companies with deep pockets competing against you. If you do not have a site, we can help you set one up for free; i.e. no monthly hosting fees. You may have to pay for your web address or domain (less than ten dollars a year). We can provide you with a ready made site and provide the link/ad information and instructions so there is very little for you to do.
4. Does it cost me anything to become an Affiliate?
No! It's absolutely free to join our Affiliate Program. There is no charge to apply, there is no minimum sales requirement, and you can cancel at any time. Once you are approved by eFortune Distributors, you can place a banner on your site and start earning commissions almost immediately.
5. Can a website outside the United States be an Affiliate?
No. Currently, eFortune Distributors does not allow new International Affiliates in the program, however other distributors outside the US may offer a similar program.
6. I operate more than one site. Can I still be an Affiliate
Yes. You can have multiple sites as an Affiliate. You will have one Affiliate account with us that will include all of your sites.
7. How do I sign up?
First, you must register at the store, then sign up for the Affiliate program. Once you've submitted your application, we will contact you soon (via email) with easy-to-follow information on how to get started and create links on your site.
8. Is my website eligible to become an Affiliate?
Most sites qualify for participation in our program. Anyone may submit an application, but we reserve the right to refuse membership to a site or revoke a membership at any time if we feel the site contains objectionable material or if we feel that the affiliate is using unethical marketing practices.
9. How do I create links?
We provide the HTML for you to simply cut and paste into your website. It's so easy to use even beginners can create links in seconds. You don't even need to know HTML!
10. Can I use eFortune Distributors's content on my site?
Our creative is your creative! You can use logos, graphics, photos and product descriptions. Moreover, if you want any customized links created for your pages, don't hesitate to ask!
11. How do I know how much I've sold and earned?
Just login to your affiliate account and view orders, hits, payouts due, payouts made. Once you login in to the store, the Your Affiliate Account link appears just below the Best Sellers list, on the left.
12. How often do I get paid?
eFortune Distributors offers monthly payments via direct deposit, PayPal or Gift Certificate for a percentage of the sales you referred to our site, provided you earned more than $40. For example, if you only earn $20 in a month, and then earn $25 in the next month, you will receive payment at the beginning of the following month for $45.
13. What about product returns?
If a user returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction.
14. How will you know that the orders came from my site?
All links from your site to our site contain a unique identifier so that every time a user comes to us via your site, you receive credit when a purchase is made. This is made possible with HTML links we create for you through a tag generator on eFortune Distributors Affiliate's Site.
15. Restricted Coupon Information (Non-Affiliate Promotions)
Affiliates do not earn commissions on Non-Affiliate Promotions.
Non-Affiliate promotions include purchases using a Coupon Code supplied in an eFortune Distributors email.
